Methodological approach to the formation of action variants and solutions implementing them for renovation of compact built-up development areas

The article analyzes the conditions of harmonization of the human life activity environment by planning the renovation of compact built-up development areas for increasing their comfort. Designing the harmonious elaboration of compact built-up development areas including all their components and objects justifies the necessity to apply the methodology of the system approach. A compact built-up development area is modeled as a system complex city planning formation. Proposed are the efficiency indicators of functioning and renovation of system complex city planning formations: technical comfort and resource intensity. Established are the basic dynamic characteristics of system complex city planning formations as a system - its state and behavior. A general methodological approach to the formation of actions, technical and technological solutions for the renovation of system complex city planning formations and the matrix of their transfer to the state of higher technical comfort are developed.
