ICT ART Connect: Connecting ICT Art Communities - early outcomes

This paper will discuss the progress of the project, which will have been completed for a couple months and all the analysis and reports on outcomes will be delivered, and discuss its findings and the outcomes of the project events and collaborative residencies. I discuss in depth a few selected supported collaborations as case studies and the different models of collaborations observed, as well as the policy recommendations made to the European Commission, based on these and the project activities and outcomes.
