We synthesized new photoalignment material, FbF, based on reversible intermolecular bonds (RIB) mechanism, which possesses high stability against water vapors. Material is oriented by UV and blue (450nm) light, has high anchoring energy for orientation of liquid crystal mixtures. FbF alignment layer can be washed by water without any degradation of the alignment properties.
