Research on Locus Shaping Method to Machine Aspheric Optical Part

摘要

For solving the difficulties of machining aspheric optical parts, a new principle of locus shaping method is put forward. And its fundamental theory, shaping mechanism, machine tool's foundation structure are expatiated. The current status and problems are analyzed about the numerical control method to machine aspheric optical parts, thus the meaning and value of the locus shaping method is proposed.
