Complementarity, Compatibility and Integration of Performance Excellence Model and Six Sigma

摘要

Based on the review on quality management development history, the author analyzes the connotations and characteristics of Performance Excellence Model and Six Sigma which are advanced theories of quality management in the contemporary era, discusses their complementarity and compatibility, and proposes suggestions with regard to how they should be initiated in an integrated way.
