摘要

An idea about the mutual monitoring between two INSs which are equipped in a ship for the purpose of dynamic reserve, is introduced. It is an alternative approach to realize a high accuracy self-contained navigation system with long period readjustment. Its train of thought is to use the differences of output data between two inertial navigation systems to separate gyro drift rates of the systems. In this paper, some algorithms will be derived, results of mathematics simulation will be provided and possibility of realization in engineering will be analyzed.
