Negotiation - Not Just for a Contract In an MIS Project

摘要

This paper is concerned with the importance, aims, and features of the negotiation for a MIS project. The authors raised two problems they often encountered when developing MIS projects. On the basis of their experiences, they proposed general techniques to tackle the problems in terms of organising negotiation.
