摘要

The Hough transform for detecting circles of arbitrary radius requires a 3-D parameter space. This paper presents a technique to accumulate the strength of possibility of a point being a center of a circle in a 2-D array. The points with the strongest possibilities are then examined individually to determine the radius of the circle. We have been able to detect circles of arbitrary radius in complex images.
