With the increasing complexity of electromagnetic environment, the problem that radio frequency and electronic equipment could not adapt to the complex electromagnetic environment became more and more prominent. In view of the shortcomings of current methods to help equipment to against more and more electromagnetic interference(EMI), the booming artificial intelligence method was appropriately introduced into the anti-interference design of device, and the concept of cognitive electromagnetic environment adaptation(CEEA) was put forward. The purpose of CEEA was to establish an intelligent and autonomous system capable of perceiving its environment, interpreting it, making suited decisions, and reacting according to the constraints related to the electromagnetic environment. Here summarized the background and related technologies of CEEA, and at the same time clarified the theoretical system and method framework.
