With the development of distributed power technology and the promotion of China's photovoltaic poverty alleviation policy, a large number of photovoltaic integrations to rural distribution network have caused serious problems of voltage overrun and line loss surge, which has aroused a great deal of attention for the operation of traditional rural power network. This paper proposes a revised planning optimization solution model for this application scenario and takes into account the use of the reactive power incentive and reward mechanism under the power market to promote the participation of user-side photovoltaic in reactive power regulation, so as to achieve significant cost reduction. A practical numerical sample of a rural distribution in inner mongolia is carried out to verify the proposed solution.
