摘要

The space charges effect affects the distortion of the electric field inside the insulating medium. It can affect the aging and breakdown characteristics of the material in insulating materials. The space charges dynamics will greatly shorten this process. This paper presents a numerical simulation of space charges dynamics in insulating materials. We study space charge dynamics by COMSOL simulation software. We use the software to simulate the space charges transient distribution and dynamics measurement. In this paper, the density variation of space charges under nanosecond variation is obtained using numerical simulations with a bipolar charges transport model. Simulation of the dynamic measurement for the density of space charges under nanosecond variations is performed based on the electro acoustic pulse method model simulation.
