Due to the low temperature and complex composition of the flue gas of the cremators, there is no effective denitration process for cremators flue gas in the industry, combining the advantages of high voltage narrow pulse discharge technology, plasma generation technology and spray absorption technology, the experiments were carried out on a cremator. The results show that the corona discharge plasma technology can purify the flue gas of the cremator very well. Under the conditions of 26KW injection power, 0.1% NaOH and 7L/m3 spray gas ratio, the desulfurization rate is over 85% and the denitration rate is above 60%. With the gradual improvement of environmental emission standards, the process can be optimized by adding reductants or accelerators, and the ultra-low emission of cremator can be gradually realized.
