About the Prospects of the Application of Multi-Phase Pulse-Width Modulation for the Envelope Tract of Transmitters

The article describes with the construction of key powerful modulation devices with conventional and multiphase pulse-width modulation, intended for OFDM-signal radio transmitters based on the polar architecture (L. Kahn's method), and also with automatic power control. The issues of energy gain from the use of multiphase pulse-width modulation are discussed in the construction of such radio transmitters for various digital wireless telecommunication systems, as well as for digital television and sound broadcasting
