摘要

This work focuses on the feasibility studying and developing wireless power transmission for drone without any on board battery. The objective of this work is to operate the drone based on wireless power transmission operated at 13.56MHz ISM frequency. The system flowchart is proposed to present the sequence of design and the experiment. The mini drone is tested at 5 cm lift level with power less than 10 W. The low loss system is designed using gallium nitride (GaN) type as switching device. Experiment results show a possibility of floating drone without battery for last long operation.
