Customized wardrobe modular design based on user experience

摘要

The modular design of products can meet the individual needs of customers, create higher customer satisfaction and loyalty. Based on user experience theory, it analyzes the problems and status quo when users use traditional customized wardrobes through role-playing, user interviews, behavior observations and other methods, explores design methods for the innovative development of customized wardrobes, and finally proposes a solution for modular design of customized wardrobes. This design can solve the pain points that users face when using traditional wardrobes, and at the same time provide new ideas for future innovative research on custom wardrobes.
