The PMO concept helps you to manage project control challenges that will arise during a complicated closure project like this while addressing the technical and safety challenges efficiently through one system to mitigate and transparently communicate project risks to key decision makers and stakeholders. It allows the end uses to apply predictive analysis to forecast future project risks and resolve them before they occur. Proper management and continuous oversight of risks are necessary for the successful completion of the project.
