Panel Session:Emissions Inventory for Mobile Sources

摘要

Mobile sources are major contributors to pollution and air quality reduction. On-road vehicles (e.g., comercial trucks, cars, motocycles) as well as nonroad vehicles (e.g., aircrafts, locomotives) are the sources of emissions including nitrogen oxides (NO_x), hydrocarbons and particulate matter. These substances are responsable for smog and health issues affecting the respiratory and cardiovascular system. This makes paramount to study these mobile sources, raise awareness and take actions to prevent or mitigate their effects.
