摘要

Peru is a large volume producer and international exporter of products agricultural such as rice and coffee. Due to this it has an excess agricultural waste, therefore Peru collects 16 thousands per year of waste derived from agriculture, agribusiness, and logging activities.These residues are currently not managed in the best way in the case of coffee and rice, waste accumulate in the production areas.
