Research on the ripple effect of inconsistent CSR of Internet enterprises –– based on web crawler technology

Based on the theory of information transmission, this paper, taking Internet enterprises as the research object, uses python web crawler technology to get the comments data of job seekers for internet companies from nowcoder.com. Then, the data is processed that eliminates removing dirty or unneeded data with the subject. At last, the comments data are analyzed for word frequency, wordcloud graph and network semantic association graph. Empirical research shows that the inconsistent social responsibility of Internet enterprises has a negative impact on organizational attractiveness.
