Optimization of the Subsystem for the Movement of Electronic Documents in Educational Organization

Electronic document management systems are currently common in different organizations. If such systems are implemented in educational organizations with requirements of a large scale, as well as a complex organization, then in some cases a significant amount of resources is required. The implementation of their development, development for universal design solutions based on information technology can be carried out on the basis of methods of system analysis and mathematical modeling. This paper has developed a mathematical model of information processing in electronic document management systems in educational institutions. Such a model is used in order to formalize the structure of documents, to optimize the processes of processing, interaction and movement of documents.
