According to the actual construction situation of the third underground section in the first phase of a subway construction section in Hangzhou, the settlement of underground pipelines is studied by analyzing the theory of Peck settlement trough and the foundation principle of elastic beam. The maximum allowable surface settlement of the horizontal section of the pipeline and the joint of the weld is calculated, and the maximum allowable surface settlement of the underground pipeline in the construction of shield tunnel in this project is taken as 20mm in combination with the actual construction situation.
