摘要

The large-scale popularization of electric vehicles has brought great influence to the safe and stable operation of power system, and large scale wind power integration also bring serious volatility problem. In this paper, the dynamic economic dispatch model of power system with the minimum target of power generation cost, emission cost and wind power cost is studied, use the NSGA-II algorithm to solve the multi-objective function problem, and obtain the optimal solution set of the Pareto front. Then, transform the multi-objective function to a single objective function by using the linear weighted method, and solve the single objective function by the particle swarm optimization algorithm. Last, analyze the influencing factors of the economic dispatch of power system. The results show that the large scale electric vehicles participating in economic dispatch is conducive to wind power consumption.
