摘要

The new type of biosensors based on the registration of surface plasmon resonance effect using of modulation polarimetry technique is presented in this work. The developed device is capable of determining the optical refractive indexes of liquid and gaseous media with a high accuracy. Measurements of angular characteristics of the V-component of Stokes vector allow monitoring of relaxation processes of dielectric properties of detectable media under the action of physical, chemical factors and biomolecular reactions in the real-time.
