Fault diagnosis of power transformer using method of graphic images

摘要

The article describes a method for recognizing the type of a fault from the analysis of gases dissolved in oil. In order to take into account the drift of the values of the coordinates of the graphic images, it is suggested to use not reference images, but reference areas that are built according to the results of DGA, equipment with the same type of defect. Standard areas for 56 faults were constructed, including those for which the graphic images are not regulated by the current Ukrainian standard. A mathematical method has been developed and programmed to automatically recognize the type of fault.
