Energy balance of electromechanical converter of a multi-module structure with a common hollow massive rotor has been considered. Design capacity for the motor module is chosen based on the sum of thermal and mechanical output. For the brake module operating in the mode of opposition circuit only thermal mechanical output can be chosen. These capacities are determined by preliminary thermal and hydrodynamic calculations subject to the work load and cooling environment. The structure of high-performance thermal electromechanical complex that includes not only the elements that perform basic functions of energy conversion from one type into another and provide biomass processing by fractional, shape-generating and humidity parameters but also implements a number of related physical and chemical effects to give biomass new behavior and increase the commercial value of the processing products, has been offered.
