A Study on the Fundamental Limit of Integrated Rectifiers for Low Cost Microwave Wireless Power Transfer

A linearized model for integrated rectifiers can be used to estimateğ¶ for impedance matching with a simple equation (1). Impedancematching cannot be done at 5ğºğ»ğ‘§ when only ğ¶_ğ‘š is used. Themaximum ğ‘ƒ_𑜠at 5ğºğ»ğ‘§ (~900ğœ‡ğ‘Š) was smaller by 20% thanthat of 920ğ‘€ğ»ğ‘§ (~1100ğœ‡ğ‘Š) in this study.
