A Double Resonant Enhanced Swing Colpitts Oscillator for Extremely Low-Voltage DC/DC Boost Conversion

We proposed DC/DC boost convertor with double resonant ESCOand rectifier for energy harvesting. We designed the circuit in TSMC 65 nm 1V low-Vt CMOS technology. It was confirmed thataddition of a resonator resulted in that Iout and η increased by afactor of 4.6 and 4.0, respectively, at V_(DD) = 0.3V and V_(out) = 0.8Vby SPICE simulation.
