Buildings are the highest energy consumers, ahead of transport and industry. It the also represents 25% of carbon dioxide emissions at the national state, it consumes a lot of energy for the production of domestic hot water (DHW) and the heat and cold production. For this situation the house is estimated to be a major source of potential energy conservation, which is why there are so many research projects on this topic. So to reduce this consumption we thought to integrate renewable sources of energy (RES) using a control strategy of DC building. The aim of this article is to show a model of a house using RES energy, various electrical loads and the behaviour of a house's energy consumption in real time using the Simscape multi-physical description software. and we propose also a 230V DC microgrid, consisting of a 20 KWp photovoltaic panel, batteries and DC loads as also a hierarchical control strategy to maintain the capacity of the DC microgrid and the voltage of the common DC bus, is presented.
