摘要

The present work consists of a mathematical and numerical study of the energy efficiency case of a traditional courtyard house model. The thermal behavior of the rooms surrounding this courtyard is analyzed in a temperate climate using a passive building design. The model governing this study is the equation of continuity, momentum and energy. Generally, the system of equation does not accept an analytical solution, the resolution it is done with a numerical method chosen one proposes the method of the finite differences, which gives a perfect resolution for the algebraic system by means of the method of Gauss Seidel. This model has carried out different thermal simulations using different parameters to improve the indoor climate in summer and winter in perfect agreement with those obtained by other authors.
