Modern quality control of speech transmission is based on the use of objective assessment methods. Intrusive methods are the most accurate, but they increase the load on the communication network. This is due to an estimation algorithm using a comparison of the corrupted communication channel and reference speech signals. The presentation of information in the unitary number system has significant redundancy compared to number systems with a larger base. In addition, it is distinguished by the presence of the same repeating characters. This allows information compression based on run length coding to be used. Translation of numbers between number systems, depending on their type, is carried out by the following main methods: direct replacement; sequential division based on the new number system. Hardware translation of numbers from binary to unitary number system is performed using decoders. The reverse hardware translation of numbers from a unitary number system to a binary one is carried out using scramblers. When storing data in unitary code, the required number of bits is determined by the size of the maximum data file and will not increase with the number of saved data files with a smaller size.
