In the process of submarine's recovery of autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV), submarine flow will cause great interference to the fluid power of AUV. To study the influence of submarine flow on hydrodynamic coefficients of AUV for the safety of recovery of AUV, the influence of submarine flow on hydrodynamic coefficients of AUV is analyzed by CFD method. The Reynolds Average N-S (RANS) equations are solved based on the Finite Volume Method (FVM), subsequently, the study is performed by using CFD method combined with the grid partition idea. The numerical results show that the influence of submarine flow on hydrodynamic coefficients of AUV will be affected by attack angles and sideslip angles of AUV, and the the effect of Reynolds numbers on the hydrodynamic coefficients of AUV can be ignored.
