About a High-Precision Graphoanalytical Method of Determination of Critical Forces of an Oblate Rod

In the construction mechanics courses (a strength of materials, technical mechanics, structural mechanics, mechanics of a solid deformable body) the phenomenon of stability loss of oblate rod stock takes the important place as in most cases at the same time there are larger deformations, transition of material to plastic condition and, even, destruction of a design. At the same time the practice of students tutoring in higher education institutions and their further activity as construction engineers shows that the solution of a task on rod stock stability causes serious difficulties, especially for nonclassical calculated schemes. In this work it is offered to simplify significantly by means of computer technology the solution of the difficult tasks on stability of an oblate rod and at the same time to reach big obviousness.
