The work described in this paper has enabled advancesin the ability to process list-mode data from neutron measurements.Improvements to the list-mode data processingsoftware FastTap-NDA were made to handle high volumesof data, correct a timing offset caused by the velocity of datacollection, and handle a variety of fuel measurement scenarios.The additions to FastTap-NDA have presently allowed forprocessing large DDSI spent fuel measurement files, which isan important first step in meeting the goals mentioned in theintroduction from the NDA project.In the course of making improvements to FastTap-NDA, itwas shown that offset times between groups of detectors influencedoubles, and that a doubles matrix can be used to visuallyrepresent doubles correlations between detector groups.
