摘要

In this paper, SMIB is modified with connecting Doubly Fed Induction Generator (DFIG) via short transmission line is considered for small-signal stability analysis. The modified system without DFIG converter controller (MSMIB) has been analyzed using eigenvalues, participation factor and time domain simulation. Performance of MSMIB is evaluated at different operating points and DFIG wind speeds. The comparative analysis between MSMIB and SMIB has been done. The analysis clearly show the influence of DFIG on SMIB system.
