This paper is to research and develop a “stationary bike reality simulation training device”. The display of simulation training is Chinese interface. First, we used micro controller, ATMega 162, produced by Atmel as the core of the system combining with Real Time Clock (DS1287), 16 × 4 backlight LCD module, ICL232 level shifter chip, and radio frequency identification (RFID card reader and the card) as well as operated in coordination with the graphic control interface designed on W eintek’ s touch panel to create an operational environment of reality simulation. Users can select the cycling path that they want to challenge through the human machine interface. The stationary bike assistive training device proposed in the paper is to help riders to run the reality simulation training before taking up the real challenge of the cycling path. They can go to the actual site for the real car challenge after they achieve the criteria and pass the test. The riding record each time, including mileage, duration, average speed and the path challenged, will be recorded in RFID card. Once the riding database is turned on, the data in the memory of RFID card will be read automatically; the last eight training records will be displayed on the touch panel.
