摘要

The dynamics response of slider-crank mechanism with two sliders and revolute joints clearance were investigated using Finite Element Method and a quantitative analysis clearance size and friction effect on dynamic of mechanism were shown in this paper. The revolute joint clearance model was designed by Solid Work and analyzed by ANSYS. The simulation results were identified that the contribution of clearance size and friction on the acceleration of two sliders and contact force in revolute joint. It also was revealed instability vibration of slider-crank mechanism with two sliders and revolute joins clearance when dynamic friction coefficient and clearance size increase. Moreover, two dimensionless indicators were defined for quantitative analysis clearance size and friction effect on slider-crank mechanism with two sliders and revolute joints. Effect of different clearance size and friction was investigated separately.
