In this work, we conduct an over-the-air experiment of a distributed antenna system using concurrent transmission (DAS-CT) in order to investigate its feasibility for wireless automation systems. Our previous work [1] has introduced CT to ubiquitously distributed transmitters to achieve both reliability and real-time capability, which are important con- cerns of wireless factory. The simulation in [1] had shown promising results. In this paper, an over-the-air experiment is thus performed to further study the possibility of DAS-CT in the real world. The experimental result shows that DAS- CT is possible in the real world, and increasing number of transmitters leads to the saturation of PER improvement.
