Development Strategy Research on Intelligent and Connected Vehicle of America

摘要

This article focuses on the development strategy of intelligent and connected vehicle in American, to guide the development of China. The intelligent and connected vehicle is considered as a significantly important development direction of automotive industry, thus American government design different measures to encourage automobile makers and suppliers to research and test, or cooperatively study with intelligent transportation system (ITS). Through decades of development, American government has built integrated development framework and the industry has begun market-oriented development. Initially, this article collected and classified the core strategy, developing priority, standards, incentives measures and industrialization strategy of American. Then comparing and analysing the materials, the article concluded the development characteristic, strategic direction, implementation effect and successful experiences of American. This summary will be used to help establish development framework of China in this field.
