A scheme of targeted broadcast in smart grid

摘要

In smart grid, when the control center (CC) plans to adjust the grid to achieve the optimization of energy transmission and distribution, the CC needs to broadcast the control data to parts of the smart meters (SMs). A scheme of targeted broad-cast in the smart grid has been proposed in this paper, which makes use of attribute-based encryption and identity-based signature. In this scheme, CC can broadcast the control data to all the SMs, but only parts of SMs which meet the conditions of the access policy can obtain the control data. Through analyzing the security and performance, the scheme can meet the requirements of security and performance in the smart grid communications.
