External curative effect of Evodia in oral ulceration guinea pig model

摘要

Objective: To explore the external curative effect of Evodia paste of vinegar in oral ulceration guinea pig model. Methods: The guinea pigs, whose cheeks were burnt by phenol to establish the models of oral ulceration. The oral ulceration area, the oral ulceration level, and the pathological change of the ulceration tissue to observe the external curative effect of large-dose and small-dose Evodia paste of vinegar in oral ulceration guinea pig model. Results: Oral ulcers in guinea pigs with phenol-made model of success. Compared with the model group, the large-dose and small-dose Evodia paste of vinegar groups could remarkably reduce the acreage of ulceration and the degree of local edema and significantly reduce the pathological changes. Conclusion: Evodia paste of vinegar has remarkable external curative effect on oral ulceration guinea pig model.
