Porous Silicon Nanoparticle Delivery of Peptide Nucleic Acid Anti-MicroRNA Therapeutics

In this study, we have shown that porous silicon nanoparticles can be used to increase PNA anti-miRNA activity in a dose dependent manner, without decreasing cell viability. As such, these particles may aid in the clinical translation of this promising class of therapeutics.
