摘要

Excessive working pressure and psychological stimulate make people a great stress. The purpose of this study was to investigate the teachers' job pressure, job performance and their relationship. The main methods is questionnaires, the sample consists of 250 employees from seven higher universities. The results indicate that job satisfaction is not independent in all job facets and that satisfaction with one facet might lead to satisfaction with another.
