A number of analytical models developed either for mines, tunnels or for collector wells can be used to estimate the hydraulic conductivity of a regional aquifer in fractured rock based on data collected at underground mines, in spite of uncertainties affecting the data and the models. Hydraulic conductivity values obtained for the three mine sites (Beaufor, CANMET and Lac Herbin) are presented as intervals of possible values associated with each method. The most probable values are situated between 1.6 × 10~(-9) m/s and 4.6 × 10~(-9) m/s, the lowest estimate being 2.0 × 10~(-10) m/s and the highest 4.4 × 10~(-8) m/s.
