摘要

An algorithm based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) was proposed for the solution of network selection problem in heterogeneous wireless network, which considerate different type of services and all kinds of the network factors that can reduce the influence to the result of network selection. The algorithm was applied to the user profile and operator profile, the final selection result of the optimal network selection was decided on every candidate network property value of the user profile and operator profile. The simulations show that the proposed algorithm can select the optimal network efficiently based on the quality of service (Qos), consider user preference and operator preference and achieve load balancing of networks.
