The Functions of the Governmental Websites for Cooperative Development between Yunnan and the Four Border Provinces in Northwest Vietnam

摘要

With the development of exchange and cooperation between Yunnan, China and the four border provinces in northwest, the lacks of the required information channels and the information volume to expand and deepen bilateral exchanges and cooperation are gradually highlighted. This paper discusses mainly the existing problems on the governmental information network construction in related border provinces, and gives opinions and advices on the significance, functions and contents for strengthening the construction of governmental information network.
