DEA Evaluation of the Regional Innovation Efficiency: Based on the Panel Data of Chinese Provinces

摘要

This paper evaluates the efficiency of regional innovation based on the panel data of Chinese provinces using DEA. The results show that overall level of China's regional innovation efficiency is not high and show a downward trend, and that CRSTE and VRSTE are significantly different in eastern, central and western, but the differnces of SCALE between the three regions are not obvious.
