Research of Sliding Mode Control in Coarse Pointing System for Space Optical Communication

摘要

Space optical communication is new research focus in the field of wireless communications. As a critical part of the space optical communication, oarsing pointing system of Acquisition, tracking and pointing (ATP) system is a ypical nonlinear system. However, to get more control precision, the mathematic model of the coarse pointing system is founded, and then, sliding mode variable structure controller with approach law is designed, and finally compared to typical PID controller with the simulation result. Simulation results are showed that the sliding mode control can finely control the attitude of coarse pointing system.
