摘要

The paper presents novel optical imaging techniques, based on all active, multispectral, multifusion dual-energy Muller matrix polarimetric principles, for efficient interrogation of targets surrounded by scattered media, for target detection, identification and classification. The novelty of the imaging principles consists in fusing dual-energy detection principles, with Mueller matrix polarimetric imaging principles. The experimental results indicate clearly that, high-contrast Mueller matrix polarimetric dual-energy backscattered light image differences, and also degree of linear polarization (DOLP) images, can be obtained from targets embedded in turbid media, or under harsh illumination conditions.
