摘要

The most important C source of the CO_2 flush after thawing is root respiration, which can amount up to 80% of total CO_2. SOM, root, and shoot residues do not contribute to the CO_2 flush after thawing. MB died during freezing as well as internal C resources in microbial cells can be responsible for the half of CO_2 amount respired from root-free soil during thawing.
