Research on Cultivating Personnel for the Cohesiveness between Secondary Vocational School and Applied Undergraduate College ‐‐‐‐ take A college as an example

With the development of economy and society, the connotation of education system is constantly enriched and perfected. In the new century, the scale and form of vocational education have developed rapidly, but compared with general education, there are still some outstanding problems, such as unreasonable structure, incomplete level, imperfect system structure, lack of ideas, and inadequate implementation of central policy. How to speed up the establishment of modern vocational education system, realize the implicit development, improve the quality of vocational education, match the new needs of social development made in China 2025, becomes a tough trend. From the talent training goal, the curriculum goal, the curriculum content, the teaching goal analysis, the paper finds its questions and proposes the corresponding countermeasure.
